Change is a really important process in self-growth that teaches us how to improve ourselves. It can be either good or bad but it should be for a better YOU. Change your thoughts, change your world.

IS CHANGE GOOD OR BAD?

Have someone ever ask you;

Hey, you have changed a lot?

And your reply a lot has changed me. If yes, then it’s a sign of healthy growth. You get it right. It helps you to understand what changes should be in you to be a better human being. Change yourself for a BETTER you.

We all have experienced that when you meet our old friend, we came to know that nothing is changed. But over time, we need to develop change because of the Hippocratic society. We all are living urges us to change our personalities as grooming.

Now, a question arises in my mind! 

Is change good or bad? 

In both situations, the reason should be valid. 

Change is a good thing: 

Change can be good or bad, varies on the person who wants to change and for what reasons. 

  • It allows us to look forward and experience something new.
  •  It increases zeal in learning creativity. 
  • It boosts our inner peace. 

For example:

When a person gets a promotion in office to a position with a salary and status, his personality changes. It can be an example of a positive change.

Or,

An idle student in class changes himself and gets a good result. It is also a healthy change.

Change is a bad thing:

Change is not always good for health. Let me explain this situation. 

  • It may force a person out of tired habits. 
  • It may be destructive, which can foster your creativity. 
  • It may cause stress. 

For example:

A person is working in an office, and he is a kind of talkative person. The surrounding people don’t like his habit of being talkative. It forces him to change. Now he can’t give the output to the company which he had given them before the change. In this case, change can be harmful to you. 

Change your thoughts, change your world.

 No doubt, change is good and hard. You have to go out of your comfort zone but, it can help you a lot. 

Role of social media in bring changes in the mindset of people:

 If I don’t explain the role of social media in changing the psychology of people, it’s like something is missing. In ancient times, we don’t have social media like 

  • Facebook 
  • Instagram 
  • Tinder 
  • LinkedIn 
  • Twitter 

And much more. It becomes a source of change in changing old norms of society. Example: 10 years ago, Facebook didn’t exist. People can’t communicate with each other. They have to meet the person for business dealing. 

Indeed, Technology has played a role. It brings changes in our lives which means we have to change. Progress is impossible without change. And those who don’t change can’t change anything. 

So, what are you waiting for them?

Bring changes.
